Hi, I’m Steve Brown, located in SE Iowa. I moved here during Covid for the cost of living and quickly fell in love with the lifestyle and people. Since I love helping people through their day-to-day hassles of having to find, drop everything and schlep important papers – sometimes after hours or in an emergency, it’s my chance to serve the community I love. Now, as a remote signing agent I can conduct loan closings, apostille verifications, and all activities notary anywhere in the US, and even services that will be recognized internationally. I’ve even learned to add additional services that keep life interesting!
